Good experience with the sales rep, Joe. However , I was shocked when they tried to add $1,000 to the sales price after we agreed on a price in cash. Joe referred me to the fine print on the website car ad shocked when they tried to add $1,000 to the sales price after we agreed on a price in cash. Joe referred me to the fine print on the website car advertisement which stated that financing had to be done through the dealer or $1,000 incentive would be void. I reiterated that I was paying cash not financing and this language didn’t apply. He said he would have to check with the manager. After more discussion, they finally agreed. This left a very bad taste in my mouth. You shouldn’t do this to customers who are paying cash after an agreement is reached on the sales price. More
I don't have confidence in what they are telling "selling" me. Today, in my almost 2 hour wait for service, almost everyone in the waiting room was told, "YOU NEED NEW TIRES!" That included me. My 2 "selling" me. Today, in my almost 2 hour wait for service, almost everyone in the waiting room was told, "YOU NEED NEW TIRES!" That included me. My 2-year old, 29,000 mile CRV needs new tires? If that is truly the case, I am not impressed with the original tires Honda places on their vehicle. It was quite obvious that tires are the big push right now. I don't feel they are looking out for the consumer, just their sales and bottom line. Not impressed. I regret having the service coupon booklet. I already dread my next service appointment. More
