Spent time to explain the lease program and offered a choice of colors. Gave us a box to transfer our belongings from our old car to the new one. Because I said I want to keep my payment under 600 which would include the maintenance agreement. It was not explained to me first that I did not have the same Maintenance agreement on the leased car as I w would include the maintenance agreement. It was not explained to me first that I did not have the same Maintenance agreement on the leased car as I would have on the new own car to get what I needed. Why isn’t the new car covered without a maintenance contract? I think I can afford one oil change a year. Don’t drive my car much. The Maintenance agreement should be explained before making the deal with the sales person on the monthly cost. However, I’m happy with my car. What part of the maintenance contract got Included in the deal for $599. Or Did I pay for the whole maintenance contract after the $599. deal? Do not remember the financial persons name. More
My daughters car broke down and we had it towed in and left the keys in the overnight box. Joe contacted me immediately in the am and he was fast and efficient finding and solving the problem. I am very saddened by the way this company does business. My husband overwhelmed from the daily fits and from our special needs child and working in the emergency room as a nurse, short staffed saving lives, My husband overwhelmed from the daily fits and from our special needs child and working in the emergency room as a nurse, short staffed saving lives, literally 14hrs a day with no lunch or bathroom break, and came to buy a car. They jacked price up to get every dollar you could and still I had to call and beg for a delivery even though it is advertised free delivery on the website. I’ll be sure to leave a honest review on as many sites as I can and contact the BBB and any other companies I can to prevent this from happening to any other families. My unsuspecting and trusting husband literally had no idea what he was paying. Yes he should read everything before he signs it. It was his fault and we know that. However, there should still be some ethics when it comes to selling cars. He had a 798 credit score and handed them 4,000 cash and said I’ll pay 250 a month. So much more than the out the door prices I got from other dealers on similar cars. A car advertised at 13,900 has ended up costing us 22,000. It’s sickening and it has really hurt a family in many ways.the finance guy there also said he had 5 kids and a similar situation. How can this man sleep at night knowing he did this to a family like his? Heartless More
