I was very impressed by Nick's initiative and his understanding personality. He made suggestions that helped focus my experience . The service agent was unfriendly and it took over 3 hours to simply change my oil and rotate my tires. They tried to sell me a lot of additional services and one of their salespeople tried to talk me into tr to simply change my oil and rotate my tires. They tried to sell me a lot of additional services and one of their salespeople tried to talk me into trading in my car. My patience had run thin by the end and I told the agent to ring me up and gave her my credit card. She said "I'm not doing business with you" and walked away. So I picked up my credit card and key, walked out and drove away. I messaged them that I would pay them when they emailed or snail-mailed me the bill, but that I would never be back again. More
