Great friendly Honda service with better pricing & service than the new Sarasota Honda. Loved Wilde Honda but very disappointed with new ownership. Although Venice Honda is significantly farther I service than the new Sarasota Honda. Loved Wilde Honda but very disappointed with new ownership. Never again. I specifically said " oil change ONLY" because i go to Crown Honda for my planned maintenance and will get my filters and oil pump done there next we I specifically said " oil change ONLY" because i go to Crown Honda for my planned maintenance and will get my filters and oil pump done there next week. I told this to the person who made my apt, and the service guy who answered this call "my husband has brought in my car, do not do any other work, please do not bring him the dirty filters and try to get him to replace them since Crown Honda are doing them next week" But what did they do? You guessed it, they pulled their shyster add on trick. My husband has just undergone Chemo for terminal cancer and can not argue his way out of a paper bag so he felt obliged to give in to their persuasion. I called the service dept. to stop them as i was not authorizing additional work but the guy tried to delay by saying that he could mot find my appointment, by then it was too late...hey presto! They had already done the work. When i told him i would never grace tbeir dealership again he rudely shouted " good! We don't want you here" Venice Honda gets ZERO * from me! More

After confirming the sales manager request that we would be meeting her to show us a car we was told would be available to see, she did not even show us the respect to meet with us.She confirmed the car we be meeting her to show us a car we was told would be available to see, she did not even show us the respect to meet with us.She confirmed the car we wanted to look at was available.The car we drove 45 minutes to see supposedly had issues so they would not show it to us.Instead they showed us two other cars we test drove.I think her action was unprofessional and unethical.The 3 of us ended up wasting over 4 hours of our day because of her dishonesty.The only good thing was having Omar show us around.He seemed interested in finding us the right car.Should be more on the sales staff like him.
