My experience with Cramer Honda was outstanding. I have been searching for a quality used full sized pick-up truck. I bought a used 07 Nissan Titan from them. I drove about 100 miles to the dealership and the truck blew me away with its low mileage, quality, and looks. I took it for a test drive with Wayne and as luck would have it,the catalytic converter imploded. They put me in a loaner car and ensured the truck was repaired properly. They went above and beyond what I expected, I thought they were going to ask me to come back after the repairs were made. Not only did they put me in a loaner car, Dan drove the truck to my house and we finished the paper work at my kitchen table. Now that is excellent service!! Wayne, Dan, and Paul are very easy to work with and made my experience with Cramer Honda enjoyable. I highley recomend Cramer Honda to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
This was the first new car we had purchased in a very long time, and our first Honda. We actually traded the last new car we purchased in on a new civic. It was a '94 Geo. Engine super clean and interior detailing well done. I appreciated that team was willing to work with me on price and without putting undue pressure. Although it took longer than I'd have hoped to reach an agreement, we did. I was pleased, as I haven't worked with a dealer for several years in making a car purchase. Excelllent service from entire sales department. Al is the greatest salesperson ever. Very helpful. He let me take the vehicle to my mechanic for final review, and the car was just as advertised, if not b the greatest salesperson ever. Very helpful. In spite of the Holiday season and the absence of some staff everyone tried to make us feel at home, providing beverages and answering all our questions while helping us change vehicles and researching the correct interest rates offered. I do a great deal of on-line research before making a purchase and it paid off. We have a top notch hybrid vehicle that I know will be with us for some years. What a great experience buying from Wayne Young at Cramer. I would easily drive again from Key West to Venice to buy another car from Wayne. Initially was "pushed" into buying a '04 Ford Escape (with over 100K miles, on an "As is" basis. Vehicle looked "like new" on the exterior, and pristine on the inside. Upon purchase, vehicle st Escape (with over 100K miles, on an "As is" basis. Vehicle looked "like new" on the exterior, and pristine on the inside. Upon purchase, vehicle started to whine when it would be started. OK, belt I thought. 2 days later, I took onto I-75. It would not go past 60mph. That's when I suspected a problem. Upon further inspection by my mechanic, it was discovered that Cramer's mechanic had used a "band-aide" approach to sell this car and conceal a major problem. He apparently loaded the rear end differential and changed the transmission fluid to hide a faulty transmission. I had to talk to the GM, Mr. Cramer, the sales manager,and my salesman to work out a deal and put me in another vehicle. I had the Escape for less than a month. Had I not been ill, it may have been less than that. The dealership put me into an '03 Kia Sorrento- yes it has fewer miles, but I had to come up with $250 pocket money, another 12 months on my loan, and an additional $25 per month added to my payments, as well as a vehicle which I never would not have bought if I didn't have to. The GM said that a return of my former vehicle, or the trade value, was not possible, and that it was the Kia or else... More
JIM WAS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND MINDFUL OF MY NEEDS. PAYMENT WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. THE WHOLE TRANSACTION FROM START TO FINISH WAS PLEASANT AND NOT STRESSFUL. THE MEETING WITH THE FINANCE MANAGER PAYMENT WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. THE WHOLE TRANSACTION FROM START TO FINISH WAS PLEASANT AND NOT STRESSFUL. THE MEETING WITH THE FINANCE MANAGER WAS INFORMATIVE. HE DID NOT PRESSURE ME INTO ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS. I DID PURCHASE THE SPECIAL COATING. HE PERSONALLY MADE THE APPOINTMENT FOR ME TO HAVE IT DONE. I APPRECIATED HIS LOW KEY APPROACH. JIM TOOK US TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT SO WE WOULD KNOW WHERE TO GO FOR OIL CHANGES, ETC. HE WENT OVER ALL THE DETAILS INVOLVING OPERATION OF THE VEHICLE SO THAT I WOULD FEEL COMFORTABLE BEFORE DRIVING OFF. HE IS A BIG ASSET TO THE DEALERSHIP. I HOPE HE IS THERE WHEN MY LEASE IS UP. I GOT A FRIENDLY VIBE FROM THE DEALERSHIP. EVERYONE SEEMED FRIENDLY AND HAPPY TO BE THERE. MORE THAN ONE PERSON CAME OVER TO SPEAK TO ME, THAT MAKES IT MORE PERSONAL. More
