Most likely, the best experience we had in buying a new car. We owe it all to Internet Salesperson,Wayne Young who we felt extremely comfortable with. His demeanor was just what we were looking for. No slick salesmen of the kind you find at most dealerships. This type of person turns us off instantly. Wayne is unique as he possesses the qualities we like working with. He's down to earth and that's a quality few sales people possess. If we were to buy another Honda, Wayne would be the ONLY person we will deal with or no sale. We wish Wayne also could help us with a new Prius across the street. Wife thinking of downsizing. Lastly, Honda Of Venice has a unique person and personality that sells but no oversells. I don't normally write reviews, but feel the need to acknowledge great customer service. I consider myself to be an educated consumer especially when making major purchases. Since I live in Naples, FL I did my homework by contacting Honda dealers south of Tampa on both the West and East Coasts of Florida...as I was willing to travel for the right price. When I contacted Cramer Honda I initially spoke with Wayne Young on the phone. I told him that I was shopping dealerships and looking for his best bottom line pricing that he can offer. He was very pleasant to speak with and was straight forward with his offer. His bottom line pricing was well below all local dealers and others that I spoke with on the phone, by a handsome sum. I continued to contact other dealers and told them of my best offer that I had received from Cramer Honda, to see if they can beat the price. All of the dealerships could not come close to the numbers from Cramer Honda and most said that I would never get it for the quoted price and that it would be a "bait and switch" attempt when I would get there. Being skeptical, I again contacted Wayne to confirm the out the door price and told him I was driving about 100 miles and I will not negotiate any further beyond the quoted price...he said he will have the keys ready. When I arrived Wayne was working with another couple and came out to greet me. He said that he was going to be tied up for a bit, but his co-worker Al Issa would take care of me. At this time I was not happy as I had a feeling the games were about to begin. After a quick test ride with Al, we walked back into the office. I told him that I had already negotiated the price with Wayne on the phone and he said that he was aware. He said that he just had to go to the manager's office. Before he left I told him that I was not there to go back and forth with any further negotiating...he said not to worry. He returned with the manager who congratulated me on my new purchase of a Honda Accord. I was surprised at how easy this sale had been, as I always dread shopping for a new car. I highly recommend Cramer Honda for their pricing and straight forward customer service. Although I enjoy my new Honda Accord, I have to say my most favorite part was speaking to the other dealerships when they called to follow-up...especially the ones that said I would never get that vehicle for the quoted price. Unbeatable price on an immaculate used Honda Odyssey van. Nice dealership (our children had a blast playing in the kid room while we were purchasing the van). They don't treat people right like they say. Rick the manager sold car to his mother after a customer went thru finance the day before. Rick told customer that he didn't know who bought car. I left tampa feeling very disappointed from visiting two very unprofessional dealerships there, online I found a certified 2008 Accord EX-L V6 for a few thousand less than KBB's value, the next day I left c very unprofessional dealerships there, online I found a certified 2008 Accord EX-L V6 for a few thousand less than KBB's value, the next day I left cramer honda with that car at an even better price ($3200 under window sticker) and a good warranty, free maintenace, road hazard, everything. The car is beautiful, low mileage, and looks inside and out like it has sat in a garage its whole life. I am very thankful for the whole staff specially Fred, but they were all very professional and helpful. We will most probably be back to purchase an Odyssey. More

How refreshing it was to walk into a clean , professional , dealer who were honest and helpful! Jorge was our salesman , no pressure, we wanted to look at the accord but were not sure still wanted to look at , dealer who were honest and helpful!
