I left tampa feeling very disappointed from visiting two very unprofessional dealerships there, online I found a certified 2008 Accord EX-L V6 for a few thousand less than KBB's value, the next day I left c very unprofessional dealerships there, online I found a certified 2008 Accord EX-L V6 for a few thousand less than KBB's value, the next day I left cramer honda with that car at an even better price ($3200 under window sticker) and a good warranty, free maintenace, road hazard, everything. The car is beautiful, low mileage, and looks inside and out like it has sat in a garage its whole life. I am very thankful for the whole staff specially Fred, but they were all very professional and helpful. We will most probably be back to purchase an Odyssey. More

How refreshing it was to walk into a clean , professional , dealer who were honest and helpful! Jorge was our salesman , no pressure, we wanted to look at the accord but were not sure still wanted to look at , dealer who were honest and helpful! I am very disappointed with the way you treated my son in law with his recent lease deal. You lied once to get him to the dealership only to tell him the car was sold. later you promised him a certain monthl law with his recent lease deal. This Dealership is courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the entire automobile purchase and service experience. The owner is directly involved in making sure customers are treated well and the General Manager is friendly and helpful. On August 17, 2013 we called the dealership to inquire about the availability of 2 advertised used civics. We were clear we were driving about 90 miles and wanted to make sure they were still available. W about the availability of 2 advertised used civics. We did receive a call back and were assured both Honda civics were still available. About 2 hours later, we were greeted at the door by Jimmy, the salesman we had the previous phone conversation with. After sitting for few minutes, Jimmy informs us the two civics has been sold the prior day. He proceeded to "sell us" on alternative vehicles, one of which was several thousand dollars more than our price range. I declined, but then the sales manager showed up, and again, pushing other used vehicles on us. I declined. Never once, did either gentleman offer an apology for what was a classic "bait & switch' or at the very lease incompetence. We purchased a civic within the hour at another dealer in the area. More
Very upset with this dealer! My daughter who is 25, purchased a 2006 Volkswagen Jetta from this dealer, by herself. (First mistake) After 2 weeks, battery dies, which, is understandable. Mechanic said $1300.00 - $1500.00 to repair. She calls dealer and is told "as is", nothing we can do. She now owes $8000.00 on a car with over 80,000 miles, no A/C, and they won't even offer to look at it. She is a single mom, just making ends meet, and she will have to turn this vehicle back in. My wife and I had spent a lot of time researching and checking out Honda Odyssey's within a 100 mile radius of where we live. After not having much luck closer to home we decided to venture out to Venice checking out Honda Odyssey's within a 100 mile radius of where we live. After not having much luck closer to home we decided to venture out to Venice, FL and contacted Cramer Honda. Their Internet prices were really good. Actually I believed they were too good to be true. So, I admit I went there skeptical. We had already been burned at Port Charlotte Honda where we were told the Internet prices were too low and they couldn't honor them, they were just to get people in the door. When we arrived at 6:30pm Jim was waiting for us and took us over to the three vehicles we had talked with him about over the phone. After a couple test drives we decided to make an offer on one of them. They accepted our offer and an hour later we were on the road in a new to us 2011 Honda Odyssey EX-L with low miles and navigation. Jim was excellent to work with and so was Tim the Sales Manager. We were never pressured to buy anything, nor did they ever try to get us into a more expensive vehicle. We also got an unbelievable price. Literally thousands of dollars lower than any place we had looked prior to Cramer Honda. And on top of that we got a great deal on our trade. Cramer Honda is top notch. I can't recommend them enough. Buying a car is one of the most stressful things, and they made it a breeze. I wish we had driven up to Venice when we first started mini van shopping so we could have avoided a couple weeks of stress. We arrived at 6:30pm and really appreciated that Jim, Tim, and Paul stayed late to take care of us and they never once made us feel bad that they were working late. Jim even called us a few minutes after we left to make sure we knew how to get back to I-75, which was good since we actually were a bit turned around. 5 stars for Jim and the team at Cramer Honda. They had never met us and treated us amazing. I have no doubt that they treat each and every customer this way. More
