Austin was a very patient and informative representative. He clearly shared info and answered our questions. We used the Costco pricing so that aspect was fantastic. After some analysis and discussion, we somehow found a very good %rate. This was the only questionable activity during our experience. Finance person was polite and helpful but that first offer caused a bit of distrust. More

Set up and appointment for a test drive for 4:30 on May 5, 2025 with Sharone Rivera. Arrived at 4:35 a few minutes late and greeted by someone else. After 10 minutes we were told the car was moved to Saras 5, 2025 with Sharone Rivera. Arrived at 4:35 a few minutes late and greeted by someone else. After 10 minutes we were told the car was moved to Sarasota the day before. We made the appointment the day before and then confirmed it 3 times including the morning of. 40 minute trip each way to find no car. I truly believe their only goal was to get us on the lot thinking they could sell us something else with complete disregard for our time. Sharone rating is a 1 star. Dealership is a 1 star. I would not and will not recommend using them More

The sales rep discouraged a test drive as he mentioned that if we were just looking around it didn't benefit him to do a test drive if there wasn't going to be a sale.
