Todd the sales guy was very patient with me and suggested the Focus based on features and value for what I had budgeted. More
They don't care about you after you buy the car. Pros: Excellent prices on used car and a hefty inventory. Sales men are super helpful and attentive. I loved the no haggling system they have, way less stressful. Cons: It seems like they don't care about you after you buy the car (shocking, I know). My car battery died 2 months after I bought the car. I called to ask if this was something they were going to replace or if I had to purchase a new one. The gentleman over the phone told me to come in and speak with his mechanic. I thanked him, asked for his name, and he asked me why I needed his name ... and then argued with me over why he didn't need to give me his name and hanged up on me. I called back, demanded to speak with a manager or supervisor to explained my frustration over someone not wanting to give me their name, just so I can have it on record, and being hanged up on. The first thing that manager said "Well he gave you the name of the mechanic ...". I had to explain to the MANAGER that it wasn't the name of the mechanic I wanted, I wanted the name of the person that gave me the name of the mechanic. I also had to explain to him how it appeared he was defending his sales associate horrible customer service because not once did he apologize, instead defend his associates actions bad actions. It wasn't until I explained this to him that he started to understand where I was coming from. He went to tell me who my original sales man was, and how they want their clients to work with their original sales man. Which is all fine and dandy if they opened up that way, instead of being jerks, blatantly arguing with me, then hanging up on me. At this point, I was arguing with the manager about how he supported such horrible behavior from his sales team. I wanted to speak with the mechanic they had working on the weekend, and MAN they did not want me to speak with him, they just wanted me to come in ... They said since the service desk is closed on the weekend, they can't call to ask ... I asked if he could just text him or page him to call me, which he said not really since he only speaks Spanish ... which I responded with I speak Spanish. After that string of excuses to not get me not to speak with the mechanic, I finally got a hold of the mechanic. The mechanic was the nicest guy. After an hour on the phone, with the sale associate, then manager, and the mechanic, I still have to buy a battery. Which is ok, it just shouldn't take me an hour to find out if I had to buy a battery or if they'll replace it for me. Should of been an easy thing to find out. TL;DR Great place to buy a car and affordable prices, rude sales team after they got you out of their lot with one of their cars. Don't expect a long term relationship/support with these guys. More

The sales process was quick and easy, especially compared to our previous experience purchasing from dealerships that took hours and hours. My only frustration was that there was a misunderstanding regarding a new part that we needed. One person told us they were ordering it in, but when I called back to go pick it up they didn't know what we were talking about and said we had to make an appointment and come back to the repair shop so they could see what part we needed. Also, they only gave us one key and we had to buy another from somewhere else. More

They were very accommodating to my needs were able to get me the best interest rate possible!! They have great perks and warranties along with phenomenal customer service. I recommend them to anyone. They are not pushy and let you pretty much drive whatever you want. We were very picky in our car choice so we drove a ton of their cars until we found the exact one we wanted. The finance team is where it gets a little shady. But that is to be expected. They pretty much force you to buy their extended warranty to get a better rate but all they do is extend the loan term. They could do that without you buying the extended warranty but tell you that. In the end your payment is cheaper but you are owing more on the vehicle. We wanted the warranty so not a deal breaker for us. I would recommend them but they are like every other dealer in trying to get more money out of you in sneaky ways. They do have the best car prices and are extremely friendly. Make sure you go on a week night when it is not so busy otherwise you will be waiting for over an hour just to talk to a finance person. I will probably be buying another car from them in the future. More
