Questions weren't answered clearly, I was sent to multiple locations due to lack of effort and awareness of the inventory, there was consistently poor communication, the buying process was very lengthy and poorly handled, and the car was sold to another person a week into the buying process with no regard to the hold that was put on it and constant communication throughout the financing and repair. Drove long distances and took several vacation days because it was the only car in UT that might my criteria. I wouldn't recommend going with this dealership if you want a competent dealer with integrity. More

We had a specific make, model, color and price in mind and even with all of these requirements, Velocity's extensive inventory and Josh's expertise provided us with more than one choice!
