They really seemed to care what types of cars they sold (all in great condition, newer used cars) this gave me a good impression. The car was priced at $8,000 below Kelly blue book value which we liked. Our only concern was that there wasn't a tow package, they fixed this by offering us a chance to buy and install the hitch at their purchase price. We thought it was fair, after when we set up the installation the sales guy actually had the price wrong but they suck with their word and only made us pay for what we had agreed on before the purchase of the car. Overall good experience, I would definitely buy a car from them again More

They worked with my credit union and helped me get a really good deal on the financing. The whole process was very straight-forward and lacking in the typical car dealership nonsense. Great purchase I was impressed by the low pressure I got from the sales team. I went in on a Friday night and looked at the first car in my journey of finding a spe I was impressed by the low pressure I got from the sales team. I went in on a Friday night and looked at the first car in my journey of finding a specific type and standard for a car. After spending all day Saturday looking at every Legacy in the Salt Lake Valley I knew it was the one. Monday I called and set up a time to take it to my mechanic to have it checked out. They were ok with that and after I got a few recommendation from the mechanic they fixed them all. Jayson was willing to go in a few hours early to help with the sale. Cory, their finance manager, was the one that did all the paperwork. With it being my first time buying a car alone it was a little intimidating but he was good to work with. I did decided to by the extended warranty on the car since I dont know much about cars. I was told the work can be done be either service shop which is for customers that have purchased from them or any Subaru dealership. More

Poor experience Went to this dealership because the pricing seemed reasonable. Very pushy to sale. Said things like "I can only give that price until the end of the day." Then promise additional service and it's super inconvienent. After I bought a car I had to give it back for a whole week while they fixed the bumper that the paint is now chipping. Not to mention the deal was different than quoted when it came time to close. Once you buy your treated like a second class citizen and they'll help when they have time. Don't count on redeeming the extras they offer at "their cost" to try and close the sale. I would definitely not recommend these guys unless you enjoyed being mislead then ignored after the sale. More
