When I showed up at Velocity I already knew the exact cars I wanted to test drive. I was greeted immediately, I told the salesman the exact cars I wanted to drive, and we were out on test drives just like that. After we had decided on our vehicle we met with Cory in the finance department. I would recommend him to anyone. He got us the price, payment, and interest rate we were looking for. It made the process so easy and stress free. I will definitely be back, and recommend Velocity to everyone I know. More

Wonderful experience with Velocity Auto Sales! My husband and I had been looking for a new car for 6 months. He had done all his homework on which make and model he wanted. He chose the Mazda 3. We then started looking on websites for the Mazda, all the options we wanted and price. We found a 2010 Mazda 3 with everything we wanted. I then started and inquiry on the car and gave the my info and within an hour I got a phone call from a sales man (Ty) and that he could answer all my questions. We went in on a Tuesday night to take a look at the car. We were informed that there was an issue with the steering and it needed to be fixed before anyone could drive it. I was told it would be the following Monday or Tuesday when the part was due in. I called Monday and was told the part hadn't come in yet. I called Tuesday and was told that they were given the wrong part. Velocity Auto Sales was very apologetic and said they would have the part overnighted and fixed ASAP. I got a call Wednesday afternoon that the Mazda had been fixed and asked when we could come in and see the car. Thursday we went to Velocity and got to test drive, look at and inspect the car. We loved it! There were a few tiny things that we noticed that needed to be fixed and they put that in the due sale.(The few things that needed to be fixed were done the following week.) We were then sent to Cory in financing (who was wonderful). He had told us that they had quite a few people interested in the Mazda. I felt a lot of respect when they gave us the first option of purchasing the car. Rather than tell people it was still available, they told them that they were "in line" if we didn't want the car. We didn't get any run around with the price. Cory showed us his computer screen and that nothing extra was being tacked on to raise the price of the car. He even helped keep my children entertained! All in all this is the best customer service I have ever had at a dealership! I would recommend them to everyone! More

Best place to buy a great car! I was looking for a vehicle for about 3months or so and was really having a stressful time finding the right vehicle for the right price ! So I happen to find a good vehicle for a very reasonable price .. So I took a ride out to a dealership called VELOCITY located in draper . When I got there I spoke with Ty Wahlen a very friendly salesman who was there to assist me . I asked to test drive a dodge Durango and he was on it !! Took the car for a drive and was very pleased with it . So when I got back to dealership he was very helpful in answering all my ? I then decided to make a deal . I then met with Cory Wahlen who was the financial manager and a very friendly person aswell ! So I sat down and I was kinda nervous and stressed that things were not gonna work out my way .We went over the numbers and guess what they were amazing !!! He helped me out with all my needs that I was looking for in that vehicle . He made it so easy for me to say its a deal ,I could not believe it ! I have bought 4 vehicles and it has never been as easy as this time around .
