Bought the car with the assurance both over the phone and in writing that the convertible top was on perfect working condition. It was delivered 4/22, worked twice, and the third time it got stuck mid way. T in writing that the convertible top was on perfect working condition. Not something I could have done using it twice, so pre-existing, and they had to have known!! There were puncture and claw marks from an animal that were hidden when pictures were taken Those, I'm already paying to have repaired but those top are expensive and that's if you're lucky enough to find a mechanic that will work on them in my state. But that's what they said. Take it to a mechanic! My response was and who is paying for this mechanic? Then I was charged over $150 for electronic titling and registration and have to use temporary tags for atleast 10 weeks, until the permanent ones come and they keep letting those expire!!! So what was that charge for?? More
