repair of 2015 Honda CRV. I brought my Honda in for a diagnosis for front end vibration at times. I worked with Juan in Express check in service. He was superb and did everything he could along with the mechanic who worked on the car. After the mechanic diagnosed the problem along with Juan who knew what the problem was when I explained it. It took almost 8 hours to do the repairs with brining me home and picking me up after the work was completed. [ too bad you don't have any loaners available} a little bit of inconvenience] . Anyway, I am completely satisfied with the work and the software package , radiator and transmission mountings and headrest replacement was more than I expected with this problem. Great work. My car runs great and no vibrations occur. Accolades to Juan and to the repair person who did the work. More
