Bought A New Car Today With Absolutely No Anxiety We went in for an oil change for our 2015 CRV. While there we strolled out to the cars on the lot. Mr. Hosack came out and asked us if he could help We went in for an oil change for our 2015 CRV. While there we strolled out to the cars on the lot. Mr. Hosack came out and asked us if he could help. I told him I was curious about the differences in the 2015 and 2017 CRV. We found there were many many upgrades. After about an hour with him and his offer, we went home to think about it. We decided the upgrades were worth buying the new car. I must say Mr. Hosack was absolutely terrific before and after purchasing the car. We have bought many cars and always there is so much Anxiety prior to the sale. Not so here. Mr. Hosack does not deal in pressure tactics. He is very laid back. After the purchase, he stayed with us for a long time showing us everything about our new car. He even hooked my phone and put in some addresses into my GPS. GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND. More

David Kelly is a young man any parent would be proud of. Met David on the Vatland lot while I was JUST looking. Still had 2 more car stops. After a hour in the hot sun in & out of cars I fell in love with my Met David on the Vatland lot while I was JUST looking. Still had 2 more car stops. After a hour in the hot sun in & out of cars I fell in love with my new Honda Civic. plus I made a new friend. David was so helpful, courteous & kind though the whole process that I thought I was shopping with family. Even after the sale he has helped me with the computer/dash operations. Trade-in was a Honda CRV 2000. David turned what I thought would be an ordeal into a very pleasant event. No pressure, no hard sell. Giving them only five stars is not nearly enough. I recommend this dealership without hesitation.. Even as I pulling into the parking lot Tom Aspromonte was there to greet me with a huge smile, and was ready to pull out all the stops to get me the best deal on my shiny new Honda, including an outstanding price on my trade-in!! His knowledge and years of experience are topnotch. He is thorough and has all the details covered. Tom absolutely made this a smooth and pleasant experience. I also want to commend Dolly Sanchez for getting me such a great rate that my payments are actually lower than what I had expected them to be! Although I did not have any direct contact with the Service Dept this time, I know from years of experience with Vatland that when it's time for my first oil change that will also be a great experience.
