We continue to get our vehicles from Vatland. Over the years we have found their service department exceptional both in dependability and quality of service. So when it is time for a new vehicle Over the years we have found their service department exceptional both in dependability and quality of service. So when it is time for a new vehicle we don't look any further. We are now driving a new Honda CRV and the experience of getting out of the old and into the new was very smooth, made so by Tom Aspromonte. Where there were multiple instruction manuals for our former car, our new car has but one small manual. This is due to very advanced technology which was relatively new to us. However, Tom patiently took us through the necessary steps, encouraging us, and we became comfortable and proficient with the systems before leaving the parking lot. Ending our latest experience that way was a summation of the extraordinary service provided by Tom. He was knowledgeable about the features of all their vehicles which made our selection easy. This was always our decision and there was no pressure in any manner and that was appreciated. The price was fair and the paperwork was completed very professionally by Dolly Sanchez. Amazing. I originally went in for tire pressure problem light. While I was talking to Lon I decided to have my oil change check etc. he set it right up & I wen I originally went in for tire pressure problem light. While I was talking to Lon I decided to have my oil change check etc. he set it right up & I went to get coffee & wait. I met Nannette while waiting $ we started talking. Lon then came up to me to give me results of check. I needed new rear brakes, two new tires & filters replaced. I wasn't surprised as I've always brought my car here for service & Ron & Lon have always kept me up to date on service needs. I asked them to hold up on all so I could talk to Nanette about new purchase. We discussed new & used & found my exact match. She is wonderfully patient and kind. We took the car for a drive and I was hooked. We went from there she took me to my bank & after spending time with Dave (finance) I drove away in my new car. More
