This was my 6th Honda purchased as they are a wonderful, reliable vehicle. I requested 15,000 miles/yr instead of the normal 12,000 as I knew I would be moving to RI from Florida and needing the extra per year. I realized this week that my bill stated 12,000 miles not the 15,000 it was supposed to be. I called Bill and between he and Dolly, the financial person, the situation was resolved within 2 days. I would also like to say there service department is outstanding so I can't say enough good things about this dealership. More

I came in last week to just shop for cars and to my surprise I drove off in I wanted to let everyone know what an amazing they have at Vatland Honda. I came in last week to just shop for cars and to my surprise I drove off in a brand new car. My salesperson , Thomas Brescia was amazing and I highly recommend him to anyone who isn’t an expert on buying cars. I did quite a bit of research on a Toyota before I went there, and told Tom I I intended to probably get another Toyata( I have had Toyota’s for about 20 years or so).He showed me all the features on the Honda and went over the pluses and minuses of each vehicle. I was surprised how much he knew about both the Toyota and the Honda, and he assured me I couldn’t go wrong with either one but felt the Honda suited my daily needs better. I didn’t feel pressured like I have in the past when car shopping, and he made me so comfortable I couldn’t possibly say no! I had better deals offered to me in my email but his service was definitely worth a few dollars more and honestly it was a fairly minimal difference. I also did my financing with Dolly and she was a real pro as well. She actually called the bank to fight to get me a better a deal and I REALLY appreciated that. Everyone at Vatland went the extra mile to earn my business and I will send all my friends and family who are due to get a car to see them. thank you again and I couldn’t be happier with my new CR truck. More
