Got the van appraised and was surprised at how much value was there. Nancy worked so hard with me on trading the Odyssey for the CR-V! Harder than most sales people would! And, my case wasn't an easy case so she moved mountains! I did miss dealing with Bill Green, who was our salesperson for the Odyssey but I starting this online and had to deal with the online person, Nancy, who was just great! Dolly, in finance, went overboard trying to arrange financing for me. Now, if she would just wear shorter heels, LOL. How that woman can walk in those I'll never know! Overall, I had a pleasurable experience but I would expect no less as this is the third vehicle we've purchased from Vatland since 2010. That, right there, tells you what kind of dealership they are. They always welcome you in the dealership, even if you've only stopped in for a cup of coffee and chocolate chip cookie! You really do feel important at Vatland!
