Vatland Honda is always terrific. Last week I went in to see Rick in the Service Department and as always got first class treatment. When I found out what repairs I needed I decided to Last week I went in to see Rick in the Service Department and as always got first class treatment. When I found out what repairs I needed I decided to go to the Used Car department where I was shown a number of cars by Nanette Ezersky and ended up buying a 2013 CRV. She was an awesome person to deal with as was the Finance Manager Dolly. Today I brought my CRV in to have my phone and iTunes synced with my bluetooth radio and got super service from Brianna, who not only knows her stuff but always has a smile for the customer. I've bought a number of cars from Vatland over the years and I always get my service done there too and can tell you that Lon runs a wonderful service department that always gives 100% to the customer. I can't imagine that any business in Vero Beach is better run😀 More

No High Pressure Sales! This is the first car buying experience I've ever had where I did not feel pressured or intimidated by anyone at the dealership. Bill Green, the Sale This is the first car buying experience I've ever had where I did not feel pressured or intimidated by anyone at the dealership. Bill Green, the Sales Associate, was highly recommended to me by a friend. After meeting him, I knew why. Bill was knowledgeable, informative, and answered all my questions and concerns without once trying to steer me to any vehicle other than what I wanted. No pressure to upgrade, just quality service. Single women often feel demeaned or taken advantage of in many car dealerships. Not so with Bill Green at Vatland. Finance Manager, David Farewell, was very helpful, and again, no high pressure. David actually gave me some asked-for advice, which saved me money. I will return to Vatland Honda when it's time to buy a car again, and will definitely refer them to friends. More

Dissapointed in VERO I resonded via their online portal on car gurus,, with a firm offer,,,,,to an ad for a used 4runner that was listed on multiple online auto sites. Nan I resonded via their online portal on car gurus,, with a firm offer,,,,,to an ad for a used 4runner that was listed on multiple online auto sites. Nancy Cha quickly got in touch. She advised me that the car was being serviced and could not be soldd that day. we exchanged texts over the next 24 hrs, this morning she countered my offer and I accpted what she proposed. I told her i was leaving town tmw and would like to pick the car up at noon. At 11 I advised her we were on our way. She then told me that the repairs to the car were more than they bargained for so therefore the used car manager could not sell at the agreed upon price. OR he might not sell it at all. Do you think before advertising a car and agreeing to a deal they should have at least gone over the car and know how much they're going to have into it?? And stand by their offer. No better that any fly by night old school scam used car lot. Would never recommmend them . As follow up which I was invited to do ,unfortunately is not good. The dealer response to my post is false . On the day which I referenced above the young lady in question/intrnet sales rep said the manager would be willing to drop the pice from that advertised and I agreed to that price. This was not a third party ,this was a representative from Vatland Honda who offered me the4runner for a SPECIFIC price.. The fact that the dealer response is misleading and false is disheartening. I stand by my review. More
