Once again they prove they are the BEST I purchased a 2015 Pilot back in 2016 from Vatland. It has been a dream to own and drive. Recently I have been think of moving to Alaska.for a job opp I purchased a 2015 Pilot back in 2016 from Vatland. It has been a dream to own and drive. Recently I have been think of moving to Alaska.for a job opportunity. So with that in mind I stopped in about ten days ago to check in about trading in the Pilot for a Jeep. I have owned three Jeeps in the past. I didn't want to lose my Pilot comfort but knew it was not gonna work up North. With that in mind I talked to Tom Aspromonte about making it happened. He agreed it would be tough on my Pilot and understood my concern about losing the comfort. He suggest maybe a AWD (all wheel drive) Pilot. Now you're talking. Today 2-21-18, a 2018 AWD Pilot sits in my driveway. Since moving to Vero Beach in 2014 with my Honda Element, Vatland Honda has been my service Center. In 2016 I bought my Pilot from them and was blown away that their sales department was a great as the service guys. So I went to them first for this purchase and they once again got the job done with no pressure, hassle or stress. Tom Aspromonte was WONDERFUL. Understood where I was coming from and thought this one out to a perfect fit. The paperwork end was handled by Dolly Sanchez. She makes that nightmare of confusion a very smooth 20 minutes in her office. She knows her stuff and is extremely pleasant to deal with. A huge THANK YOU to both for making this purchase a true pleasure. More

Excellent customer service above and beyond I walked in to meet with the salesman at Vatland Honda in Vero Beach who responded to my query, but he was with a customer. No problem, I was promptly adopted by Nancy Cha, who provided the best customer service I've had yet when purchasing a car. She stayed in contact with me from the first; answered my many questions; and kept track of the status of my car which was in production. She was tireless and always cheerful. The entire staff is helpful at Vatland. It feels homey and is community minded. The place is quite inviting and I didn't meet anyone who wasn't willing to help or ensure I was waited on. I highly recommend Vatland Honda, and most especially Nancy Cha, who epitomizes the best in customer service. And I love my new 2018 CR-V Touring! More
