The best ever service experience I called Vatland and the ladie answering was very helpful and promptly transferred me to Ron in the service Dept. When I came into the service Dept.t I called Vatland and the ladie answering was very helpful and promptly transferred me to Ron in the service Dept. When I came into the service Dept.two people greeted me. It was a very pleasant experience! Ron took over and assured me that I would be ready to leave in less than an hour. My problem with the gear shift was fixed and I was on my way in less than an hour. I haven’t needed service twice before and each time the service was way above my expectations. I will be a lifetime customer at Vatland when I need service and when I purchase my next CRV. Don't know what I would have done if I had been on a trip or even in my own driveway. At Vatland was told this was a problem with 2017 CRV. I feel I should have had a notification to bring the car in for an inspection of the gear shift and have it replaced if found defective. Has there been a recall for this problem of which I am not aware? More

The staff at Vatland Honda ,were really courteous, and we did not feel pressure to buy. Our saleman Justin was very nice and helpful, in helping us find what we were looking for. The finance person Dolly was also very nice and helpful with our questions. We are looking forward to receiving good service from the service department as we will have to take the cars in for regular maintenance.
