Called ahead to let service dpt that I would be dropping off my Odyssey for an oil leak and engine light and would need to have a rental t return to work. Went to the Vatland Honda for an oil changed. While I was there I asked them to check a tire sensor. I explained to them that I had purchased the tire sensor online and had it installed by a local tire chang there I asked them to check a tire sensor. I explained to them that I had purchased the tire sensor online and had it installed by a local tire change place. They said that it probably needed to be programmed they said that it would have to be programmed using a computer. Reduced cost of $92.00. After the oil change they gave me the Bill which included the $92.00 for the programming of the sensor which they said it was bad. I challenged the charge since they were unable to program it. They said that they still needed charge me due to the labor cost.left me frustrated due to the poor customer service. More

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Jarrod told me there was also a software recall and told me all of the work would take 1.5 hours and that was an accurate estimate.
