My first service appointment with my 2020 Honda Fit was easy to make online. Response was quick and I was able to get the appointment time I needed. John was courteous and explained everything to me about easy to make online. Response was quick and I was able to get the appointment time I needed. Took 2019 Passport with 5500 miles on it in for warranty repairs. Vehicle was purchased new from Vatland Honda (price $50,000+). Pursuant to aforementioned I took my vehicle into the dealership to have a 24” strip of rubber seal (that had come loose from inside the sunroof) glued and reinstalled back inside vehicle sunroof. It should be noted that the strip of rubber had literally fallen into the vehicle as my wife and I were seeking to determine why water was repeatedly leaking in and damaging our vehicle.. What drew our particular attention to this problem was when the sunroof, albeit closed, began to leak after an occasional rainfall. The sunroof had originally been inadvertently opened because the dealership had failed to originally inform us of the fact that the key fob could remotely open the vehicle if the “close button” on the key fob was pressed twice whike seeking to lock the vehicle. After what had been an inadvertent “single” use of the sunroof occurred.., the sunroof continued to leak during two subsequent rainfalls. The Service Manager (Lon) said the sunroof had leaked because of the one pea sized seed found in the sunroof interior rail system.., suggesting that the failure of the sunroof could be attributed to one small seed. His contention was that the single seed (not the defective weather strip) had apparently blocked the many drain holes that makeup the design and construction of the interior drain system of the Honda Passport had caused the failure and subsequent leaking and again “not the obvious defective 24” strip of rubber roof seal. He/they then made us pay $157+tax to presumably diagnose and find where the rubber strip came from (an obvious warranty issue) and stating that Honda would not back their warranty and support the dealership.., thus I had to pay for the seal failure and leaking sunroof. I was further told after they had re-glued the defective rubber strip back into the interior of the sunroof that I would have to go through the trouble of seeking relief (reimbursement) from Honda Corporation if I wanted my $157+tax reimbursed. Summation: I was charged by there service department to find where the rubber seal came loose from, check further for leaks and reattach the rubber strip. I left Vatland Honda shaking my head in utter dismay over the manner in which I was treated. Suffice to say if you are currently looking for quality customer service.., I suggest you reread the aforementioned and think twice. I know I will be. More

I would like to express my appreciation to Hanna and the mechanics who did a lot of work on my Honda Accord. I was kept informed the whole time while my car was being fixed and wasn't charged for anything mechanics who did a lot of work on my Honda Accord. I was kept informed the whole time while my car was being fixed and wasn't charged for anything I didn't need. In fact, Hanna gave me some discounts from coupons she had. It was a great experience. I will be back next time I need any more work done on my vehicle. Best Regards, Joe Foster More
