He was up front, accommodating, and no nonsense. Rich got me the car I wanted at a great price with the right add on protections. Both he and Brian were attentive, easy to work with, and know their cars. Brian showed me the ions and outs of the vehicle and got me used to all of its features. His input was practical and useful.
