My wife has leased three cars from Rich, so when it came time to but a new car it made sense Rich Kania and his assistant Brian Crumb are fantastic. My wife has leased three cars from Rich, so when it came time to but a new car it made sense to go to Rich. This was a great decision. His service was excellent. He was up front, accommodating, and no nonsense. Rich got me the car I wanted at a great price with the right add on protections. Both he and Brian were attentive, easy to work with, and know their cars. Brian showed me the ions and outs of the vehicle and got me used to all of its features. His input was practical and useful. Every time my lease or purchase is up, I always check with other dealerships for their deals and then I talk with Corey. I can tell you that not only does he go the extra mile, but he looks for every way possible to make the best deal without any pressure on me. He also completely explains every option available so I can make the best choice. What's more than that is his personality and caring, he's unlike any other in that respect, he actually cares about you as a person and doesn't try to push a sale, but works hard at making sure your happy and all your questions and concerns have been addressed before you drive away!!
