Experience was good. Clean place, friendly staff. Only issue I had was with the head mechanic who was called to look at problem i found in the engine. 2 coil wires were stripped down to the wire by wh Only issue I had was with the head mechanic who was called to look at problem i found in the engine. 2 coil wires were stripped down to the wire by what looks like an animal. One coil wire was just exposed, and the other one was missing about half the coil wire due to something chewing on it. The mechanic suggested I just put tape on them. What a joke. Sending your customer out on the road knowing its going to fail because you didn't want to fix it or wasn't in the budget is unacceptable. The salesman, James Patarello , knew it was an issue and had the problem fixed thankfully. More

Service Took my 2017 f150 in for some some work and had a issue with a noise from the front axle, explained it best I could and left hoping for the best.
