They are getting by on social security and had a very limited budget. Donna Buchan put them in a brand new Escape within their budget, which was no small task. Here is where I got impressed...she traveled to their house in Stockbridge to do paper work and exchange vehicles! Compassion and a desire to please the customer...rare these days. Thank YOU Donna!!! Daniel is "best in class" when its comes to purchasing a New Vehicle! Daniel is like one stop shopping. He understands the products he's selling, along with great listening and computer skills . Over the years, I've dealt with several sales reps who cannot hold a candle to Daniel . As a engineer I ask a lot of questions. Daniel answered every question with ease. I would recommend Daniel to everyone I know looking for a new vehicle. I would also use Daniel to coach/mentor new sales reps if I owned the dealership. More
