He then covered the savings we would be qualified for and the discount that I would receive as a veteran. He gave us all the data he had presented and we told him we'd call him the coming Monday as to our decision. On Monday, we called and said we had a deal. Came in that afternoon and after a couple of hours we completed all the paperwork and rode home in our new Fusion. Very satisfied with our dealings with him. More

Freedom to explore Ford options! Showed up on a rainy chilly afternoon hoping to test drive and Edge and Escape and I was lucky enough to be paired with Donna B. as my salesperson. I told her what I wanted to do and she was able to put me in both cars right away. The best part was that she handed me the keys and basically said, "see ya later!" I loved having the freedom to drive the car on my own. That way I was able to discover some of the features each car offered. Not all dealerships offer that and I was prepared to hear the whole "shpeal" of what the car was like. After the test drives Donna laid out all the options, packages, and pricing in a very understandable fashion. I normally use my husband to help with purchases but Donna made everything simple for me. I ordered the car a few days later and Donna kept me informed throughout the process. I got an Escape and absolutely love it and all the features. Donna was kind, helpful and friendly. Buying a car can be stressful, but Donna made me feel really comfortable. More
