When she first contacted me about my lease end options, I didn't even want to talk to anyone at Varsity. I was sour because I felt like my last purchase there was 'just a sale' and that's it. When I inquired about lease end options with the sales person that sold me my original Explorer, I had one response and that was it. I certainly didn't feel like I was worth their time so started looking at other dealerships. Kelly called several times, never pushy at any time and was genuinely concerned about creating a positive experience. She connected me with a phenomenal salesman who was thorough, efficient and very professional (Jeff Scott). I would have purchased my vehicle elsewhere had it not been for Kelly (I had even contemplated a GM product). She is a tremendous employee who went above and beyond to maintain my business at the dealership. I would hire her in a heartbeat! More

Oil change I recently had an oil change at Varsity Ford. The service writer Ray, was nice and efficient.
