Best experience possible. I came to varsity Ford looking for a new car as mine had become unreliable. I had been to several dealerships and felt either rushed out of the door o I came to varsity Ford looking for a new car as mine had become unreliable. I had been to several dealerships and felt either rushed out of the door or they were serving multiply customers at once making my trips there longer and making it hard to get a car quickly when I was in desperate need having 2 young children. I came to Donna unexpectedly as I wasn’t even looking to shop at varsity. I came in about 30 minutes before close and Donna gave me more information in just 30 minutes than any other dealership had given me. She asked what I wanted and gave me pricing on only what I wanted with out trying to sell more than I could afford. I came back the next day and leased a 2019 for escape. I had the best experience possible with her and I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Donna for helping me get my new car out family loves it. More

Good Experience with Jim Unfortunately I wrecked my 2012 Chevy Silverado and it was a total loss. I struggled to find an 8 foot bed on a replacement truck and found it at Varsity Ford, but Ann Arbor was 2 hours away. The later hours they are open on Mondays and Thursdays made it possible for me to get there and make the deal and then go back to pick up the truck, a 2016 Ford F350 Super Duty. Jim Patalello was a joy to work with, I appreciate his straight forward approach, honesty and quick response.
