I called and left a message with Aaron to see if he had any information on my extended warranty and he got back to me THAT DAY! I know Aaron meets with thousands of people a year, but I was delighted that he remembered me and my purchase. It turned out that I was entitled to a prorated refund on my extended warranty, purchased through Varsity. After scanning and sending in my documents, Aaron had a check cut and sent in the mail the next day. It's this kind of above and beyond customer service that really sets Aaron apart from the pack.
