The approval was sent to John, who promptly contacted us and hit the ground running in processing our car purchase. When we visited the dealership, the vehicle we were interested in had already been washed and brought to the entrance. John had most of the paperwork ready and was able to give us a better financing plan than the bank's auto loan. The paperwork was clearly explained and we had our new vehicle within less than two hours. It was a great first experience and I would recommend him and Varsity for anyone looking for a Ford.
