I know Aaron meets with thousands of people a year, but I was delighted that he remembered me and my purchase. It turned out that I was entitled to a prorated refund on my extended warranty, purchased through Varsity. After scanning and sending in my documents, Aaron had a check cut and sent in the mail the next day. It's this kind of above and beyond customer service that really sets Aaron apart from the pack. Pre owned manager needs an adjustment. Tony was great. He went above and beyond. The pre owned manager could use an attitude adjustment.
