Came in from Cincinnati to buy a pre-owned older Jaguar and the experience was fantastic, zero pressure and everyone was extremely pleasant to deal with. Had an unpleasant visit last week with service and voiced my dissatisfaction about it on this forum . In less then an hour I was contacted by Lance asking about my visit . He took the time to listen to my is my dissatisfaction about it on this forum . In less then an hour I was contacted by Lance asking about my visit . He took the time to listen to my issue and said he would get back with me after he did some checking on the issue . Lance got back to me and said that he was going to expedite the parts for me and he would call me when he had the parts in hand . He called me by the end of the week and we set up another service visit for Monday and I got everything taken care of . He even had my gas tank filled up for my troubles . Great job keep up the good work and thanks !!! More
