In that meeting, I wasn't expecting to be leaving the dealership with a new truck but that is exactly what happened and I could not be more happy. They were having some issues with their service provider so I could not sign the paper work electronically, so Kyle had a driver come out to my house to get the paperwork finalized, above and beyond what is expect.
