Purchased a certified pre owned vehicle less than a month ago with low mileage . No paperwork was given to me when I left the lot aside from odometer reading and temporary registration . I was told it month ago with low mileage . No paperwork was given to me when I left the lot aside from odometer reading and temporary registration . I was told it would be mailed with my plate . Plate not received until days after the temporary one expired . Salesman made it seem like I was getting some great discounts but upon receiving final paperwork , ( you can’t read the one they give you to sign on site because it comes to your email and is in pin point font , plus they are rushing you through the process ) I basically paid the full list price. Haven’t even put 300 miles on it and transmission is already acting up , there’s a funny metal rattling sound on the drivers side somewhere ( which was there at test drive but I thought it was the dealer plate rattling in the window) and somehow I only have 23% oil life left even though it was supposedly just changed before I purchased it. Will also need brakes soon. I trusted this dealership because they had excellent ratings and reviews and a certified vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it SHOULD be trustworthy , and now I am wishing I had went somewhere else and will continue to spread the word about my experience in hopes I can save someone else this headache . More
