Donna, who was assigned to assist me was most helpful showing me my selection. With the selection made, a quick test drive and down to business of completing the deal. Very straightforward with Donna staying beyond closing time to finish all the documentation and a timeline to collect my new F150. All the staff I met were very courteous and efficient and i would certainly return to both service my vehicle and for future new purchases. I have already recommended both the dealership and Donna to colleagues at work who are in the market for new Ford products. Overall a simple, hassle free and enjoyable experience in purchasing my new F150...thank you! More

I never felt pressured or rushed in the purchase of my Ford Edge. Dealing with Ed made for a stress-free experience. Varsity had exactly what I wanted in terms of add-ons and I didn’t have to wait to get in my new ride! As for my new automobile, I love it!! I’m pretty sure half of Michigan knows I love it!!!! It’s beautiful and it has made car-pooling, errand running and commuting to work so much more enjoyable! More

Salesman Jerry Hobbs is a great person to buy a car from. I got 2010 Escape from Jerry Hobbs new. Whenever I am having service done on a Saturday I check in on Jerry and he always remembers my name. He asks I got 2010 Escape from Jerry Hobbs new. Whenever I am having service done on a Saturday I check in on Jerry and he always remembers my name. He asks me how things are going and if everything is OK with our car. He has a son that goes to the same school as our daughter and we always see him at school events and catch up with him on how things are going. He is a devoted Father and just a very nice person. I can't recommend this dealership to anyone and I feel compelled to deter potential customers from going here. Dishonest, deceitful, and unethical. The car was sold to me as a 'certified pre-owned', for which I paid a hefty premium; however, it was obvious to me that the required inspection was never performed. Worst of all they were aware of this and attempted to deceive me. It's been in for service twice in the first month of ownership, both times for repairs that would have been caught had the service department done their job the first time around. Also, be aware that they will tell you that $200 VIN window etching is a dealer requirement - a sleazy and legally questionable trick. The woman they called in for damage control was helpful, and I might have been placated had the service department been able to execute. More
