A car for my daughter Russ helped me find and purchase a used vehicle for my sixteen year old daughter. We had already been to several dealers and every single one except Russ helped me find and purchase a used vehicle for my sixteen year old daughter. We had already been to several dealers and every single one except Russ acted like my business was not good enough for them to handle. I was at the end of my rope when I walked into Varsity Ford and met Russ. He was so friendly to me and my daughter. You would have thought we were there to buy the most expensive vehicle they had at Varsity Ford. He talked to my daughter as if she were an adult and he explained every thing about a vehicle to her. He was very patient with us through all of the crazy questions my daughter and I asked. When we went outside to look at cars he told us everything about that specific vehicle. We settled on a vehicle and went through the financing so quickly it was amazing. Russ is a very nice man with the right stuff to be a car salesman. My daughter and I are so happy we walked into Varsity Ford that day. My daughter loves her car and she told me the other day that when she is old enough to buy her own car she is going to see Mr. Russ at Varsity Ford. You are so lucky to have him as a member of your team. More

From rust to shiny I went in to buy a new car after driving my same vehicle for almost 11 years. I was nervous about the process and prices but Donna made my buying expe I went in to buy a new car after driving my same vehicle for almost 11 years. I was nervous about the process and prices but Donna made my buying experience a good one. She let me take my time and went over comparisons with me. I did not feel rushed or encouraged to buy one vehicle over another. Donna was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was happy to leave my rusty explorer behind and leave with my shiny new Edge. Who's buying whos's car? Heard a lot of great reviews from friends but when you get the wrong salesperson look out. I came on the lot and met Russ looked at a few used trucks. I thought it was strange that Russ wanted to buy my truck and encouraged me not to get an appraisal and he could do much better. When I couldn't find what I was looking for used was going to look at a new lease possibly Russ said he could assist with New and he kept mentioning meeting me at a gas station or store to buy my truck and that him and his friends would give me a better value. This was very unconventional for me and turned up a red flag in my shopping experience I have since went to multiple dealerships and was given a value on my truck and payments like I was looking for at Varsity. Varsitys new inventory was terrific and I may still consider leasing. My friends have since gave me a new car sales rep so when I am ready will try again just not with used cars Russ More

Worked with me on a tight deadline I decided I wanted to trade in my 2013 C-Max for a 2016 C-Max with only about 6 weeks before I was going to be out of town for an extended period of t I decided I wanted to trade in my 2013 C-Max for a 2016 C-Max with only about 6 weeks before I was going to be out of town for an extended period of time. I LOVED my C-Max but really wanted to get the updated features including the built in GPS and the back up camera. Salesperson Donna Buchan worked hard to make that happen. I wanted a Red car with light interior. There was no car on the lot that met that criteria, so she arranged to change a factory order to those parameters and it was to be to the dealership by August 12. When Aug 12 came and went, and there was some problem and the car was not delivered, she found a car, Red with light interior, in Indiana and arranged to have the car brought to Michigan and I got my car with about 4 days to spare! More
