I thought it was strange that Russ wanted to buy my truck and encouraged me not to get an appraisal and he could do much better. When I couldn't find what I was looking for used was going to look at a new lease possibly Russ said he could assist with New and he kept mentioning meeting me at a gas station or store to buy my truck and that him and his friends would give me a better value. This was very unconventional for me and turned up a red flag in my shopping experience I have since went to multiple dealerships and was given a value on my truck and payments like I was looking for at Varsity. Varsitys new inventory was terrific and I may still consider leasing. My friends have since gave me a new car sales rep so when I am ready will try again just not with used cars Russ More

Worked with me on a tight deadline I decided I wanted to trade in my 2013 C-Max for a 2016 C-Max with only about 6 weeks before I was going to be out of town for an extended period of t I decided I wanted to trade in my 2013 C-Max for a 2016 C-Max with only about 6 weeks before I was going to be out of town for an extended period of time. I LOVED my C-Max but really wanted to get the updated features including the built in GPS and the back up camera. Salesperson Donna Buchan worked hard to make that happen. I wanted a Red car with light interior. There was no car on the lot that met that criteria, so she arranged to change a factory order to those parameters and it was to be to the dealership by August 12. When Aug 12 came and went, and there was some problem and the car was not delivered, she found a car, Red with light interior, in Indiana and arranged to have the car brought to Michigan and I got my car with about 4 days to spare! More

Checked with multiple other Ford Dealers and comparable warranty was $1400 Russ is a theif stay clear of this place. More
