So far, so great. I would give them five stars, but I've only worked with them one time and that was to buy a new car. He found the exact car we wanted, and Dan was very diligent in his effort to get us a good deal. He even made some last-minute adjustments for us. He might be the hardest-working salesperson we've ever bought a car from. Sometime in the future, I'm sure I'll be in there for maintenance and/or repairs. If that goes well and the remodeled showroom looks great, I could easily give them five stars. More

Better with Time! I have been going to Varsity Ford since my first car. My parents were loyal to the dealership and in turn, the kids have become loyal customers. At first, I simply went because it was what I was familiar with. Even as I went away to school and started working, I rarely find a dealership with the associates and sales personnel as courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicles, and overall market. I even tried other places for things like: Oil Changes, Tire Rotation, etc. No one has beat the quality and commitment to excellence that Varsity Ford offers throughout the organization. I will continue to patronize this dealership and tell my friends about it. More

We purchased a Cmax in 2013, and get great ongoing treatment from the service department. Everyone is professional and attentive. When I couldn't get the license plate off my trade in vehicle because the bolts were rusted, I asked the service desk for help, and they had someone out to help me in less than 2 minutes, despite being really busy. Dan Divens is no question the best salesman I've had. He listens to what I need, and gets it done. Just a really great all around person and treats me like royalty. More

New Focus RS This was quite the process to purchase the Focus RS as it was built in Germany and it took approximately 11 months from beginning to end! However, Don This was quite the process to purchase the Focus RS as it was built in Germany and it took approximately 11 months from beginning to end! However, Donna Buchan kept me well informed over the past year with the car's status throughout the build. Being an RS enthusiast, she was even able to send me the RS-specific brochure which was in very limited supply. Donna also informed me of the new RS winter wheel and tire package which by ordering with the car saved me over a thousand dollars. Overall, I was extremely pleased with how Donna communicated with me and kept a long process from being too frustrating. In addition, Fred Spencer in the Prep Department did an excellent job cleaning up the car after its long journey. He also personally delivered the snow tires to my home which was greatly appreciated. I liked that I was provided with the VIN numbers to compare how much each option I was looking at would be insured for. I'm driving a reliable 2017 Fusion now at a great price instead of my 2003 Ford Focus. More
