However, Donna Buchan kept me well informed over the past year with the car's status throughout the build. Being an RS enthusiast, she was even able to send me the RS-specific brochure which was in very limited supply. Donna also informed me of the new RS winter wheel and tire package which by ordering with the car saved me over a thousand dollars. Overall, I was extremely pleased with how Donna communicated with me and kept a long process from being too frustrating. In addition, Fred Spencer in the Prep Department did an excellent job cleaning up the car after its long journey. He also personally delivered the snow tires to my home which was greatly appreciated. I'm driving a reliable 2017 Fusion now at a great price instead of my 2003 Ford Focus. More

Service on new Ford Fusion As a new leasee of a 2016 Ford Fusion, I noticed a small tear in my 5 month old car. I reached out to my Salesman Matt Vodry to get his opinion on ho As a new leasee of a 2016 Ford Fusion, I noticed a small tear in my 5 month old car. I reached out to my Salesman Matt Vodry to get his opinion on how I should handle the repair to the carpet. He immediately responded that I should get it in to have pictures taken and that he would submit the claim to Ford. Since the car was 5 months old, I was concerned that Ford wouldn't stand behind the installation of the carpet, and that I would be responsible for the amount due for the tear, upon turning the car in at the end of my lease. Matt worked very diligently and was able to get the claim approved and followed up with me in record time. Thank you Matt Vodry, you have earned a return customer.
