From the get-go My experience negotiating and signing my new 24 month lease on a 2017 Ford Escape was unlike any car sales experience I have ever had. From the get-go, Dan met me where I was, listened respectfully to my situation of being a recent college grad with limited income, gave me recommendations for the right vehicle for me, and gave initial quotes off the bat within my budget, not a dime over. When I decided to sign, he and Mike E on the finance team bent over backwards to make the deal work. Dan stayed late to take my credit application over the phone and prepare my paperwork. Mike was the man behind the curtain, making the numbers work and getting me approved. The next day, I was signing paperwork and driving off in my new vehicle. Not once did I feel pressured into signing with Varsity Ford. Dan is a great guy, exceedingly professional and effective at what he does, and I could not recommend him more highly. More
