He really listened to us and went over all of our options. We weren’t sure we could make something work for a reasonable price. Dan promised he would be in touch if anything came up that would make our payment more doable. Just a few days later he called when he learned of some new deals that came out that day and did everything he could to make it work for us!! He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, kind and just so darn good at his job!!! We ended up leasing a beautiful 2017 Ford Explorer! When I decided to sign, he and Mike E on the finance team bent over backwards to make the deal work. Dan stayed late to take my credit application over the phone and prepare my paperwork. Mike was the man behind the curtain, making the numbers work and getting me approved. The next day, I was signing paperwork and driving off in my new vehicle.
