1st time buyer at Varsity Ford I'll be honest My first experience walking into Varsity Ford was not great! Salesperson did not have very good sales personality or skills. Another experience (most recent) was much better because of our salesperson Matt. He worked so hard to get us our desired vehicle at a price within our budget utilizing promotions and discounts available. He communicated promptly by text message and phone calls and in a very short time we drove away in our gorgeous red Ford Escape. Matt spent so much time going over the vehicle and explaining its features. Most importantly he was genuinely happy and excited for us. What an awesome salesperson! When I tell friends about our experience they often are surprised. The general response is that Varsity doesn't really care about your business or give you a fair deal. We were deciding between two trucks and once I met Tony, I knew I did not want to deal with the salesman at the other dealership. We left with a great truck and felt well taken care of. Bonus was Justin who ran thru all of the trucks features with us. Justin is another asset to the dealership - both of these gentleman are great to work with and anyone would be smart to ask for Tony when looking for a FORD.
