Jim Patarello was very helpful in answering my questions as I sorted through the pros and cons of buying/leasing a car and whether to buy new or used. I really was just in the information gathering stage. He explained the current rebates on new cars and helped me compare that to leasing a vehicle. When I asked about used cars, Jim told me about a number of vehicles that had the features I was looking for. Jim presented the facts without trying to sway my decision one way or the other. I did not receive any pressure to buy from him and I appreciated that. I did end up purchasing a vehicle at Varsity Ford and Jim again was very helpful through the whole process. More
