I really was just in the information gathering stage. He explained the current rebates on new cars and helped me compare that to leasing a vehicle. Great sales experience. No hassle, no fuss, no hype. I really made Rich and his assistant work as I was ending a lease and hadn't decided which type of vehicle I wanted to lease next. They were more then accommodating to my needs and set up test drives in tow different types of vehicles to help me find the right vehicle for me. Brian really went over the car with me in great detail and Rich had the paper work ready to go when he said and no numbers games were played. Straight forward.
