Everything was transparent and I was very comfortable throughout the entire purchasing process. I also liked that Jim finalized the purchase without sending me to some finance guys office. This made the whole experience much more personal, and more efficient. I purchased the Truck in January and brought it in for an oil change more than 6 months later. The service rep (I believe it was Mike Collins) took good care of everything. They noticed that the front right brakes were warmer than the others. Figured out that the pads were unevenly worn and replaced pads and rotors at their expense (which I find pretty remarkable since the truck was used and rotor/pads obviously wear parts). So far, I can definitely recommend Varsity Ford. More

Extreme Customer Excellence I was looking all over town for a Fusion, but so many salespersons were just rude. Then I met Mr. Whirlington Anderson and I can't tell you just how I was looking all over town for a Fusion, but so many salespersons were just rude. Then I met Mr. Whirlington Anderson and I can't tell you just how happy he made me. The service that he gave me was just incredible. He not only answered all my questions, but he actually listened to all my needs. When I was unable to pick up my car at the dealership, do to some medical issues, he came to my house and delivered my car to me. Whirlington then spent a great deal of time with me with the Ford Sync 3 technology. I will never buy another car from anyone else. I am a customer for life!!!
