John soon found a car for me to test drive: a 2017 Escape Titanium. It had the safety and comfort features I was looking for and after he priced it out, it was less expensive for us than a 2018. At no time did he try and up-sell me into the same vehicle in a 2018 because he understood my needs and financial interests. That is always very much appreciated.
