He made the turn-in and new lease process easy back then, and 20 years and 9 new vehicles later, he still does. I have since moved back to Michigan's west coast but am happy to make the trip to Varsity Ford to see Dan every couple of years; just to talk about our lives, families, his continuing obsession with 80's hair bands, and to pick up a new vehicle. Each and every time, he finds me the exact vehicle that I'm looking for - even if its not on the Varsity lot when I call! - and has the vehicle and the paperwork ready when I walk in the door to pick it up. I have recommended Dan to friends and family alike and have always received glowing reviews after they speak with him.
