Sorry, this is a bit of a repeat. Forgot that I'd reviewed 6 years ago, but anyway, we continue to have great service from the Buicks we bought here, and still recommend this good dealer. An update reviewed 6 years ago, but anyway, we continue to have great service from the Buicks we bought here, and still recommend this good dealer. An update, my sister and her husband have bought 3 Hondas here over the years, and are always complimentary of the scheduled routine service they receive. More
I am so sorry to say I think Chris is his name, he is the one that ws ouside to take the info about your propblem & set you up to get your service done, but he is super friendly, & helpful. A great asset to one that ws ouside to take the info about your propblem & set you up to get your service done, but he is super friendly, & helpful. A great asset to the company. He remembered my name on the second visit for another problem. I have heard from other people that they are one of the most honest dealerships in Mississippi. More
In the past 3 years I have purchased 1 new Park Avenue, and one used Century from this Dealer. My wife and I found the sales experience in both cases to be quick, direct and to the point, and best of all - A good value. During this time we have received excellent follow up from the dealership to insure our satisfaction.

Additionally, we have had fast and friendly treatment when routine servicing was done on both vehicles. A minor accident led me to use their Body Shop and they did a fine job and met the promised delivery deadline.

They have EARNED my future business, and I highly recommend them. Management and Ownership are friendly, very approachable, and make a point of insuring satisfaction. LB More

When we took it for service the first time after purchase, they told us it needed a new transmission (we still haven't gotten a new transmission). Every time we took the car for service, when we got it back there was a problem.

2. We purchased an Accord from my mother-in-law, who kept pristine records. The Accord will not start on damp days! We took it to different places who recommended we take it to the dealer for a diagnosis. We took it for it's 100,000 mile check up. They said it was probably the starter. For some reason, that didn't ring quite right. Also, they said it could be a number of other things.

Today (11-17-03) we couldn't start the car. I know Honda has high ratings, but these situations have turned me against them. We are looking at purchasing a Toyota, Mazda, Ford, or Nissan.

Sincerely
More
