Theft I took my 2004 RAV4 in for the airbag recall notice. When I got home I noticed my spare change in the cubby between the front seats was missing. All the quarters, dimes and nickels were gone and I was left with the pennies. I called the service department and told them what had happened and he said he would report it to the Finance Manager the next morning. It's been over two weeks and no phone call or anything. More

I've always dreaded the dance that goes along with new car purchase negotiations. Mr. Reid, in particular, has dispelled this image for me. I recommend him & Vann York to everyone I know. Mr. Reid has sold me 2 new Camry's when I was at Toyota for service and maintenance. Both times my cars had 35K & 30K original miles in them. Mr. Reid could sell water to a drowning man & calories to a fat girl! Each time I've been thoroughly satisfied with my purchase. He should be Sales Person of the year.
