Shannon, we're sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Our Vann York Toyota team has made several attempts to clarify fees associated with tire rotations. Toyota care covers the first two years of your vehicle's oil changes and tire rotations at most Toyota-certified dealerships. Another way to qualify for free tire rotations is to purchase new or used tires from our service department. Unfortunately, the tires that came with the purchase for your vehicle do not qualify as a tire purchase for free tire rotations. The maximum number of free tire rotations for your RAV-4 has been reached. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.
