It's my own fault for ignoring the advice to avoid this dealership. The customer service is just awful. I got helped by some guy named Emmanuel, and he was super rude. I don’t understand why I should have an appointment time for service and be told I’ll have a 2 1/2 hour wait! If I come with no appointment will I still be told 2 1/2 hours? Positive, professional, knowledgeable service from both of my visits to Vann York Toyota. I met Larry Neal, the Service Manager who gave me brief bio/history of their Service Department, including tenure of my visits to Vann York Toyota. Rissa, who greeted me initially took the extra step to ensue my questions were answered and assisted with more set up of my new car features. Tommy was thorough, researching the need for inspection. (Helpful as I am new to NC.). And Bob was my service tech on my recent scheduled maintenance. He too, was informative, helpful, professional. Answered my questions about future preventive maintenance. Vann York Toyota is and should be proud of their Service Department. Pair this experience, with the top notch sales process when purchasing my vehicle, I put Vann York in the top tier of dealerships I have encountered (having lived all over the U.,S.) Kudos to Vann York Toyota! More
I had my car serviced today when I went to pick up my vehicle up I ask why do you have to pay for a tire rotation when you buy the car WITH tires. I informed Tom that I have never paid for tire rotation at Cloninger Toyota on my truck he told me to take it to Cloninger or paid for tire rotation at Mock tire .I told him I would not be back and I would file a complaint he copped an attitude ( he said I was raising his voice ) told me to file a complaint . Left message for service manger ( yes I was not nice leaving message ) and of course he never called back . HORRIBLE SERVICE More

We brought in our 2011 Toyota Corolla to have the brakes fixed at Vann York Toyota Service. While we were waiting, we looked at the Toyota Camrys on the lot. We had been researching for our next car maybe fixed at Vann York Toyota Service. While we were waiting, we looked at the Toyota Camrys on the lot. We had been researching for our next car maybe in a year or two on the internet. When were were outside in the rain, early on a Saturday morning, James Petterson walked up to us and said hello, could he help us in any way. Well, that started a walk about, just looking. My husband, Drew, had already looked on the Vann York website to see available Camrys. We looked at used cars, then we walked up to that sleek black 2020 Toyota Camry XSE AMD. James offered a test drive. Well, that did it. James helped us purchase that wonderful car and showed us how its features worked. James even took a picture of me with my beloved Toyota Corolla for a good memory. So now, 3 weeks in, we already have stories about adventures with the 2020 Toyota Camry. We named it Zoom Zoom. No need to wonder why. Mustangs on the road challenge us, but we just drive on sedately, knowing the power is there if we so choose the Sport mode. Thank you Toyota, and thank you Vann York, and thank you James! More
