Bad experience I purchased a used Tahoe, when I took it for a test drive the tires rubbed when I turned. I was told this was due to oversized after market wheels and I purchased a used Tahoe, when I took it for a test drive the tires rubbed when I turned. I was told this was due to oversized after market wheels and replacing them with stock wheels would fix the issue which it did not. The vehicle had been lowered, which was not disclosed prior to the sale. When I contacted the dealer they offered to pay for half of the cost but only if I had the work done at their shop which is 2 hours away from my home. The issue is still unresolved, the dealership has not done the right thing and I wish I hadn't bought my vehicle from them. Service after the sale is non-existent. More

Great Experience I started in February looking to find a new car as an surprise anniversary gift for my wife. After explaining the situation, Derek Smith and the team I started in February looking to find a new car as an surprise anniversary gift for my wife. After explaining the situation, Derek Smith and the team understood my plan. We agreed to a price with little issue and the car was ready a month ahead of schedule. Derek Smith worked with me on storing the car for another month till the anniversary date. One night when a storm was approaching, Derek even took my car and put it under shelter to avoid any storm damage. Derek was great to work with in that he always had everything ready when it was time. I did not have to spend a lot of time going through paperwork and haggling with any issues. More

Difficult to find Highlander Stopped in last Friday to view a Highlander in a particular color my wife was interested in (Creme Brulee). Charles was great in his handling of our disappointment and convinced us to test drive another Highlander. Once we determined that we were interested he worked quickly to find one that fit our needs. After a few minutes of discussion about buying the car we had test driven he and Marvin found a vehicle that completely matched what we were looking for a quickly secured the vehicle. While we had to wait a few days for the Highlander to arrive we were very pleased with the quick response and customer friendly attitude of everyone at Vann York. Charles kept us informed and had the vehicle ready and waiting for us last night. Vinnie quickly worked the the paperwork, an introduction to the service team and a thorough explanation of the features from Charles we were on our way.
