Issues with sales and employees. I bought a 2014 Toyota Prius in May 12, 2014 ............ I commute for a long time to Pilot Mountain daily, and I have have an issue with my legs hu I bought a 2014 Toyota Prius in May 12, 2014 ............ I commute for a long time to Pilot Mountain daily, and I have have an issue with my legs hurting from the acceleration problems from the Prius, so I contacted my original dealer, Greg to ask about possible trade-in. He told me that the only way I can get my car exchanged is to wait 90 days to make payment due to my financial situation. So I asked to speak with a manager, Jerome Sam to further research my problem, he told me the same thing. However, he was very rude and very loud. I am not fluent in English, so I tried my best to understand and treat him with respect but he was very loud, ignorant to the fact that I wasn't ware, made silly hand gestures and seriously insulted by the manager. When I told him about my successful financing with Van York Honda, he frantically called me out and told me to wait 90 days and go to Honda because he didn't want my business. My son was there and he was also insulted and I had a trouble ride back home knowing this had happened. I feel very remorse that I made a purchase from a car dealership that treats people like this. I wish for an apologize or contact directly from the manager, and I wish to work out my problems with my Prius. More
